Kindergarten students have Music Class 1-time every other week for 30 minutes. During this time, the students are working on becoming Tuneful, Beatful, Artful musicians. The children will sing, play, create, and move to music. |
Philosophy: Every child is a musician and should be given the skills and skills and opportunity to grow up to be a tuneful, beatful, artful adult. Then he or she will be comfortable participating in, appreciating, making, and sharing music with others throughout the rest of their life. Neurological and development researchers have determined that the most critical time for music education for a child to reach their maximum possible musical aptitude is between the ages of birth and seven.
